Activated charcoal acts as a natural skin protectant that has quick absorption properties making it an amazing skin cleanser. Activated charcoal is antibacterial and antimicrobial, meaning, as a face wash, it will rids the skin of toxins that create breakouts and blemishes. Activated Charcoal has been deemed via popular opinion as being more effective at removing and reducing certain bacteria, treat blemishes, improve dry or oily skin, or heal acne.
